All orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that shipping times vary based on location, and delays due to the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Mkay Hair is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Mkay Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it resent.
